Why you need a Buyer’s Agent
Posted by jsherrill under For Buyers, General Information
In the buyer’s market of today, there is ample inventory of properties on the market. NOW is the time to take advantage of the deals that can be negotiated. However, without a professional on your side through every step of the process you may not get the property you want at the best price. There is no cost to you for a Buyer’s Agent as the commission is included in the sales price & is paid from the seller’s net at closing. You need a Buyer’s Agent who will protect your best interest in transactions with sellers. The Listing Agent represents the seller, so don’t just call the name on the sign & set an appt to see the property – call a Buyer’s Agent that will represent YOU!
What I’ll do for YOU as YOUR Buyer’s Agent:
- Assess what is most important to you so we find just the right home for your wants & needs.
- Evaluate the pricing of homes we view based on recent comparable data & market factors.

- Notify you of price reductions & other status changes of homes that meet your criteria as they occur.
- Make you aware of circumstances that may effect your buying decision such as road widening, zoning changes, upcoming developments, etc.
